Ricardo joined Naxicap Partners as an Analyst in 2020 within the Mid Cap Investment Team.
He started his career in 2015 at EY in Bogotá, first within the consultancy team and later within the transaction services team. During his master studies, he completed internships in Corporate Banking at BBVA and Fixed Income at STOXX in Frankfurt.
He holds a MSc in Finance from Frankfurt School.

Margaux joined Bee Up Capital in 2020 after gaining initial experience as an Analyst at 123 Investment MAangement.

After finishing his last internship in Private Equity within 21 Centrale Partners (21 Invest) team, Rodrigue joined EY in Paris as a financial auditor and stayed there for three years. In 2019, Rodrigue joined the Venture Capital company, Quadrille Capital, as financial controller.
In May 2022, Rodrigue joined Naxicap.

François-Xavier started his career in 2011 as an auditor at Ernst & Young. He joined Alpinvest Partners in Amsterdam as an Investment Accountant.
He joined Naxicap Partners in 2016 as a Middle Officer and then joined the Investor Relations team in 2020 as an Investor Relations Senior Associate.

Éric AVEILLAN joined the General Inspection Department of the BANQUE POPULAIRE group in 1996, as inspector then supervisor and participated in inspection missions, in France and abroad (Asia, Cameroon), in retail and investment banking, stock market activities and private equity.
He joined NAXICAP Partners at the end of 2002 as Regional Manager. Appointed Managing Director in January 2004, Eric AVEILLAN became Chairman of the Management Board in June 2009.
He is involved particularly with HOUSE OF HR, SOFTWAY MEDICAL, NEWREST, EUREKA, EMERA, STELLIANT and ALTARES.

Emmanuel joined Naxicap Partners in september 2020 as Associate.
He started his career in 2017 at Rothschild & Co in Paris within the Global Advisory department. During this period, Emmanuel worked on several M&A and financing mandates in various sectors such as B2B distribution, automotive, technology and infrastructure.
Emmanuel has also realised internships at BNP Paribas and Deloitte in Paris.
He is particularly involved with ECF Group, CERES PHARMA and ANYWR.

Liesel BAUCHET is in charge of investor relations at NAXICAP Partners and participates in the company’s fund-raising: product development, financial and legal structuring, regulation compliance monitoring and subscriber relations.
She has occupied these functions since 2011, when she joined the Investor Relations office of Naxicap.
Previously, she was Investment Manager with Naxicap. In the first 10 years of her career, she participated in investments, monitoring and exits in various sectors of activity.
Since 2016, Liesel is Deputy Corporate Secretary.

Agathe BAUJARD began her career in 2014 in Mergers & Acquisitions at BNP PARIBAS CIB in Paris, in the Execution Group and Building Materials & Chemicals departments.
Previously, she completed one internship in investment banking at Rothschild & Cie in Paris and another at French Sovereign Investment Fund (bpifrance, ex-FSI).
She joined the Mid-Caps team of NAXICAP Partners in September 2016, as Associate.
She is involved particularly with HOUSE OF HR, PARFUM DIRECT, EMERIGE and HTL.

Alexia began her career in Private Equity at MBO+, following an internship in investment banking at BNP Paribas and another within Naxicap Partners’ Mid Cap team.
She rejoined Naxicap Partners in 2025 as an Associate.

Axel BERNIA started his career in 2001 in strategy consulting with McKinsey & Co., before joining the teams of voyages-sncf.com of the SNCF Group in 2004 to help launch their new iDTGV service.
He was next the architect of the growth and internationalization of the Smartbox group (design and sale of gift boxes), as Managing Director from 2006 to 2013.
He joined NAXICAP Partners in May 2014, as Investment Director and Member of the Management Board.
He is involved particularly with ECF, CERES PHARMA, ANYWR, LET’S GO FITNESS, GUEMAS ASSURANCES, ADCASH, EQUIVALENZA.
He was also involved with exited companies CIPM, TRUSTTEAM, MAXI BAZAR.

He joined NAXICAP Partners early in 2005 as Nantes Branch Manager in charge of the Western region. Previously a Partner with Natixis Investissement, from 1994, he led many private equity transactions, gaining expertise in fields such as retail, food-processing and the medical sector.
Before joining Natixis Private Equity, he founded and managed a regional private equity entity, then worked in the General Management of a major international group.
In January 2017, he is also appointed head of the Toulouse office.
He became a member of the Management Board in March 2017.
He is involved particularly with EQWAL, SFP, QUARTUS, Groupe ABF, INCEPT GROUP, FINDIS.

Pierre joined Naxicap Partners as a KYC Analyst in September 2022.
With 5 years of experience in various international banks, Pierre has developed a expertise as AML officer. His experiences have given him a global vision of the expectations and challenges of the compliance business.

Ludovic joined Naxicap Partners as an analyst in March 2021.
Previously, Ludovic worked at BNP Paribas within the Advisory Italy team in Milan from 2019 to 2021.
He is involved particularly with 3R, EVERAXIS and WEEZEVENT.

Philippe began his career as a corporate banker, then spent 20 years in Private Banking. He created BDR INVEST in 2010, the first regional investment structure of the Caisse d’Epargne group. He then joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2015, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022, to manage the Proximity Capital unit before heading the Alliance Development team. In 2022, he was appointed Co-Head of Naxicap Small Caps. In particular, he is involved in the following projects: Geotec, Lacroix Emballages, Viatemis.

Previously, Sophie had been working for 3 years as Private Banker at Lazard Frères Gestion (French asset management entity of Lazard Group) and for 7 years in the Equity Capital Markets team of BNP Paribas, which advises companies on primary equity transactions (IPOs, capital increases, accelerated bookbuildings, equity-linked products).
Sophie Bouyer joined the Naxicap Partners team in Nantes in 2016, as Associate.
She is involved particulary with FINDIS, QUARTUS, MADER.

After starting as a financial auditor, Thibert worked as an associate in a investment bank specializing in investment funds (Eurazeo, Tikehau Capital, UI Investissement, Arkea Capital…) as well as large groups (Vinci, CBRE, ASN, etc.) in their build-up strategies.
Always mobilized by the entrepreneurial adventure, he also advised various start-ups (Kokoon, Kador, Léonard, etc.) on financing issues, investor relations and development.
After joining Clearwater International in the Origination – Business Development division, he decided to support business people (SMEs, GPME, ETI) on their merger and acquisition project.
Convinced by the vision of Naxicap Partners, he joined the teams as Operation Expert M&A in May 2023. He supports companies on their growth and build-up projects.

Cécile has joined Naxicap in 2024 October as Assistant within the Lyon office.
Previously, Cécile worked for various companies located in France and abroad within the financial departments.

After an initial experience in mergers and acquisitions at Arjil – Altium Group, Camille Centelles turned to private equity and joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2009, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022. Camille is in charge of investment and monitoring of LBO operations. Camille is involved in particular in the following projects: JRI, Komposite and Urios.

Thella Cherfaoui joined the Investor Relations team in March 2022, as Investor Relations Director.
She previously worked for 8 years for LBO France Gestion as Finance Officer in charge of Real Estate and Retail funds.
She began her professional career in 2010 with Deloitte Paris where she notably carried out the audit of private equity funds.

Pierre CHESNOY joined Naxicap in 2021, as Chief Data Officer.
He previously worked for 12 years within EY Paris Financial Services Office as Consultant then Director working on Data and Performance monitoring topics. During this period, he worked with many major financial services stakeholders around merger and acquisition operations.
He began his professional career in 2009 with EY in France where he notably carried out the audit of asset managers, banks, and insurance companies.

Mélisande Chevallier started her career in a headhunter firm specializing in Research & Development and Innovation, where she worked for 14 years as a Management Assistant and then Office Manager.
In 2015, she joined the Communauté d’Agglomération Paris Vallée de la Marne where she assisted the Director of Human Resources of the City of Noisiel.
She joined Naxicap Partners in 2019 as Executive Assistant of the Investor Relations team.

After an initial experience in SME financing at Crédit Agricole du Nord-Est, Camille Chosseler joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2008, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022. She is charge of investment and monitoring of LBO operations. Camille works in particular in the following projects: Ouveo, Oasys, IFEI, Ecoclean Services and Acial.

Laurent CHOUTEAU joined the General Inspectorate of Groupe BANQUE POPULAIRE in 1993 as Auditor then as Project Manager and conducted inspections in France and the USA in retail and investment banking, stock market activities and private equity.
In 2001, he joined BANQUE POPULAIRE Val de France as Manager of Marketing and On-line banking then he managed a group of 11 branches including a business banking centre. In 2004, he became Financial Director of the Bank.
In October 2007, Laurent CHOUTEAU joined the NAXICAP Partners Paris team as Investment Director.
He is involved particulary with ASTORIA, ONDURA, WAT, APIXIT and BIA.

Hervé started his career at PwC in 2018 as CSR Consultant in the Sustainable Performances and Strategy team (Paris). During this experience, he worked with several Private Equity firms on their socially responsible investment strategy (ESG due-diligences and reviews, reporting support).
Previously, he completed two internships : one in India (micro-finance) and one in a French Private Equity firm committed to a more responsible and profitable economy (Alter-Equity).
He joined Naxicap in January 2022, as ESG Analyst and is responsible for supporting portfolio companies in the management of their main environmental and/or social issues.

Emma joined Naxicap Partners in June 2023 as an Associate.
Previously, Emma worked in M&A at Société Générale in Paris and at Ondra Partners in London.

Laurent has been equity equity investor since 1997 and previously worked for Picardie Investissement and CDC PME. He joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2001, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022. In 2018, Laurent was appointed head of the Alliance LBO team. In 2022, he became Co-Head of Naxicap Small Caps. He works on the following projects: Ouveo, Oasys, Acial, IEF2I, Urios, Solutys.

Nicolas Cotinat joined Naxicap Partners in 2016 as Infrastructure Project Manager.
Previously, he was on assignment as project coordinator at EDF, technical application homogenizer within Societe Generale and then application manager at Siplec Leclerc.

David joined Naxicap Partners as a Financial Controller in 2025.
Previously, David worked as an Accounting Assistant at Kreston Conseil while completing his DCG.

Damien DAL’PICCOL began his career in 2011 in the private equity department of audit company Aplitec. He was mainly involved in statutory auditing of investment funds and management companies.
He joined the Investor Relations team of Naxicap Partners in 2018.

After 4 years in auditing within the firm Mazars et Guérard where he performed audit and due diligence tasks in the SME/SMI sector, Jacques joined the consulting company IPA as Administrative and Financial manager.
He joined the Industries and Finance team (become Bee Up Capital) in May 2007 to take on the role of Office Manager and then General Secretary and Administrative and Financial Manager. In 2022, he became Investor Relations Director of Naxicap Partners.

Gregoire SEIZILLES DE MAZANCOURT started his career as a digital transformation consultant for Siniat (building materials, part of Etex Group).
In 2014, he founded an email management startup using artificial intelligence to reduce information overload and improve collaboration inside a company.
He joined Naxicap at the end of 2017 where he notably supports the portfolio companies on their digital transformation.

Marc joined Naxicap Partners as an Analyst in 2022.
Previously, Marc worked in M&A at RBC Capital Markets and in Transaction Services at EY. He had also experiences in space insurance at Aon and Hiscox.

Aurélien DORKEL started his career in Private Equity as an Analyst in the NAXICAP Partners Paris team.
Early in 2010 he joined the team of NAXICAP Partners Lyon as an Junior Associate, then in 2013 the Mid Caps team in Paris.
Since 2016, Aurélien is Investment Director.
He is involved particulary with HOUSE OF HR, PARFUM DIRECT and VABEL.

Dimitri joined the Mid Caps team of NAXICAP Partners Paris in 2015 after working for 5 years as a strategy Consultant at Roland Berger. Previously he had completed several internships in investment banking.
At Roland Berger, Dimitri worked on many strategic projects and due diligences in various sectors such as consumer products, utilities, telecommunications or financial services.
He is involved with ECF Group, CERES PHARMA, ANYWR and EQUIVALENZA.

In 1999, Aurelia joined Naxicap’s team in Lyon to complete her BTS (vocational training certificate) as an Executive Assistant and then became an Assistant. In 2017, she is Office Manager in charge of a team of 14 people, mainly in the front office.

After several experiences in Private Equity and M&A, notably at Andera Partners and Financière de Courcelles, Paul joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2018, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022. Paul is involved in the following projects: NextPool, Sylvatek, IEF21, TVH Consulting.

After her final-year internship in Private Equity with BNP Paribas Développement in Lyons, Sarra EL MGHARI TABIB joined Aforge Finance (Bank Degroof) in Lyon as an M&A Analyst.
In November 2013, she joined NAXICAP Partners as Analyst with the Small Caps team in Lyon.
Since 2015, she is Associate.
She is involved particulary with DIGISAP SOLUTIONS and ECS.

Angèle FAUGIER joined NAXICAP Partners Lyon as an Analyst to help develop the activities of the Lyons office.
In 2003, she became a Managing Partner of NAXICAP Partners.
In 2009, Angèle FAUGIER was appointed Lyon Branch Manager. She became a member of the Management Board in January 2012.
She is involved particularly with SIBLU, EVERAXIS, 3R, MORIA, DIGISAP, EUROGERM, ECS.

Fabien FILLIETTE joined the General Inspectorate of Groupe Banque Populaire in 1999, as Inspector puis Project Manager and conducted inspections in France and abroad in retail and investment banking, asset management and private equity.
He joined the NAXICAP Partners team in 2005 in the role of Company Secretary. He is in charge of the administrative and financial management of the management company and its various investment vehicles and heads the Investor Relations team.
He became a member of the Management Board in February 2019.

Carole worked for Accounting Firms before joining in 1999 Naxicap Partners as Back-Office Manager, then as Investment funds Accountant.

Jean FOUCAULT started as an intern in Toulouse Mid Caps team in September 2022 before joining the team as an analyst in February 2023.
Previously, Jean worked in strategy consulting at Accenture Strategy in the M&A department. He also did internships abroad at NEWREST and at Mon Petit Placement, a French fintech.
Jean is involved particularly with EQWAL and INCEPT.

Dominique Frances has been present in our Toulouse office since 2015, where he started as an intern in 2007.
He is currently involved with the groups, EQWAL, INCEPT GROUP and ABF.
Between 2008 and 2014, Dominique was Associate Mid Caps in our Lyon office. During this period, he participated in the support of groups such as ORALIA, BRASSERIES PAUL BOCUSE, JAGUAR NETWORK, LABORATOIRES GRAVIER, KODEN.

Ibrahim Gassama has held several roles for Coface in France and abroad (USA, UK) for 7 years, including 5 years as Risk Manager, Risk Project Manager and Head of Risk, before joining the Naxicap Risk team in July 2021.

Isabelle GUERIN gained her first work experience with CEGOS INGENIERIE FINANCIERE. She was in charge of advisory missions for mergers and acquisitions and equity financial engineering.
In 2000 she joined FINANCIERE VECTEUR, private equity subsidiary of BANQUE POPULAIRE Val de France, as Analyst.
She joined NAXICAP Partners in 2003, as Analyst, then Investment Manager.
She joined the Investor Relations office of Naxicap in January 2013 and is in charge of investor relations.

Stéphan started his career with automotive suppliers, Osram (Siemens) and Niles (Nissan, now Valeo), with responsibilities in product marketing, sales development and subsidiaries management.
In 2006, he joined Simon Kucher & Partners where he advised B2B players on their pricing strategies. Since 2014, he has been working more specifically with SME managers and shareholders on their growth strategies.
He joined Naxicap Partners at the end of 2022 as Pricing Operation Expert. He supports companies on their pricing policies and the growth of their «top line».

After several experiences at PSA and October as a Credit Risk Analyst, Thibault joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2018, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022, as Middle-Back Office Manager. He joined the Investor Relations team in 2022 as Financial Controller.

Etienne began his career in 2018 at the audit firm Deloitte. He then joined Ardian, in 2020, where he spent five years as part of the Fund Finance team within the Buyout activity.
In 2025, he joined Naxicap Partners as an Investor Relations Associate within the Investor Relations team.

Sébastien HOMBREUX joined the Investor Relations team in July 2016, as Investor Relations Director.
He previously worked for 5 years for NiXEN Partners as Investor Reporting Manager. Since 2013, he has also held the positions of Independent Valuation Assessor and Risk Controller.
He began his professional career in 2007 with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg. In 2008, he joined Deloitte Paris where he notably carried out the audit of private equity funds.

Sophie began her career in Private Equity as a Middle and Back Office Manager at Novaxia Asset Management in 2018. She controlled and oversaw investors subscriptions forms. She also managed the distribution agreements with issuers, private banks, financial platforms, independent financial advisors.
She had different experiences in the financial industry where she worked at CACEIS Corporate Trust and at BNP Paribas Arbitrage as well.
Sophie joined Naxicap Partners in 2020 as a back officer.

Sophie started her career in 1979 with a law firm before joining Sopromec-IDI, a development capital firm, in 1980.
Then she joined Naxicap Partners in 2004 as an Executive Assistant to Eric Aveillan (Chief Executive Officer) and Fabien Filliette (Secretary General).

As part of her role at Bee Up Capital, Isabelle is in charge of CSR support for management teams, alongside the investment team, the development of the CSR criteria for each company and organises periodic monitoring of the CSR criteria and sustainability criteria.
She draws up the CSR questionnaire each year and coordinates the actual feedback by analysing the results of the questionnaires and preparing the annual CSR report to investors.
In 2022, Isabelle joined the ESG team at Naxicap Partners.

Paul joined Naxicap Partners as an analyst in the Mid Cap team in October 2024.
Previously, Paul spent a year and a half working in M&A at UBS. He also completed internships in private equity at Ardian and in transaction services at KPMG.
He is involved particularly with SIBLU.

Jérémy Labarrère joined BPCE General Internal Audit in 2016 as an auditor and then project leader. He has been involved in auditing assignments in France and the United States, in retail banking, asset management and private equity.
He also had experiences in real estate asset management at Unibail-Rodamco and Allianz Real Estate.
Jérémy has been working as Senior Associate at Naxicap Partners since September 2021.

After a first job in auditing for 3 years, Caroline LACHAUD worked for 9 years in the Transaction Services department of PwC.
She joined the Mid Cap team of NAXICAP Partners in June 2015.
She is particularly involved with BVA, EUROGERM, ECS, SIBLU and SOGELINK.

Paul has over 10 years of experience in private equity, first at IDIA in the agricultural-wine sector and then in Dijon within Carvest supporting regional multi-sector structures. He joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2017, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022, and is in charge of the SRI development.
Paul joined the Naxicap Small Caps Lyon team in March 2022.

Virginie joined NAXICAP Partners in 2000 as Associate for the team in Lyon.
She is involved particulary with MORIA SURGICAL, WEEZEVENT and 3R.

He started his career in 1981 in advertising, as Development Manager of the Publicis agency in Toulouse, then as Project Manager with Régie Publicitaire Général Médias (a subsidiary of Groupe Expansion).
In 1985, Antoine Le MASSON became advertising manager of the magazine Actuaciné. In 1988, il co-founded and managed the magazine Actuavidéo.
Since January 2007, Antoine Le MASSON is a co-investor and Consultant of the Venture Capital branch of NAXICAP Partners.
He is involved particulary with MILIBOO, ADENTS, PROXIMIS and WOOXO.

Marie joined Naxicap Partners as an Associate in 2022.
Previously, Marie worked in Transaction Services at Eight Advisory and Private Equity at Amundi. She also has M&A experience at Cambon Partners and Financial Audit at EY.
She is involved particularly with O2FEEL, VABEL, MONSENIOR and NEWREST.

Vincent joined the Transaction Advisory team of Alvarez & Marsal in 2021 after several experiences in Private Equity, including at Ardian Expansion. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Engineering from Paris-Dauphine University.
In 2024, Vincent joined the Mid Cap team of Naxicap Partners in the Nantes office as an Associate.

Emmanuel joined Naxicap Partners as an Analyst in 2024 after an internship in 2022.
Previously, Emmanuel worked in Private Equity at PAI Partners and in M&A at Sycomore Corporate Finance.
Emmanuel is involved particularly with GUEMAS, ECF and ANYWR.

Claire graduated from EDHEC Business School and the Chartered Institute in Management Accountants (CIMA), started her career in the Netherlands in a GE Capital subsidiary. She joined Airbus in 2015 on the 3-year Airbus UK Finance Graduate Program, specifically working in Broughton and Bristol. From 2018 to 2021, she worked in Airbus Commercial M&A finance team at the headquarters before joining Naxicap’s team in Toulouse.

Angélique Malroux started her career in 2012. In 2014, she joined Deloitte Accounting Services where she was in charge of several files, including several in the Private Equity department. In 2018, she joined LCL as accounting project manager.
She joined Naxicap Partners in 2022 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, surrounded by the Chief Financial Officer, and supervises the production of all accounting and financial information for third-party investment vehicles.

After a first experience within a subsidiary, Nicolas joined the Natixis compliance department. Within this department, he worked as compliance officer and then as compliance and internal control manager for 11 years in the securities custody business.
Nicolas joined Naxicap Partners as Risk, Compliance and Control Director in September 2015.

Hugues MARTIN-MONTCHALIN joined the Mid-Caps team of NAXICAP Partners as an Analyst in 2016.
Previously, Hugues had a first experience at H.I.G. Capital, and completed two internships at NAXICAP Partners and Natixis.
He is particularly involved with ALLVALV, TEUFEL, SIBLU and ADDEV.

Nicole joined Naxicap in April 2021 as a Senior Institutional Sales Manager and covers Investors in the DACH region out of the Frankfurt office.
Nicole started her career in 2007 at DekaBank in Frankfurt. Afterwards she worked 10 years for J.P. Morgan Asset Management covering investors in Germany.

Previously in the Fund of Funds department of Bpifrance (Regional Team), Lea also has an experience in a Fund of Funds team at Eurazeo.
In October 2022, Lea joined Naxicap Small Caps as an analyst.

Hamzah joined Naxicap Partners as a data analyst in October 2022.
Previously, Hamzah had experiences in securitization and data analytics at KPMG as well as in financial audit at Mazars.

Stephane joined Naxicap Partners as Chief Information Officer Systems in 2018.
In 1992, Stephane acquired his first experience as a manager at Business Objects (SAP).
Expert in Business Intelligence and Big Data, he became Transition Manager as CIO for the companies OVH, BearingPoint, Direct Energie, Allianz, RFF, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Marie joined Naxicap Partners in 2023 as an Associate within the Small Caps Investment team. She is involved particularly with Solutys.
Previously, Marie worked as an investor at Bpifrance Creative and Cultural Industries fund. Marie graduated from SciencesPo in 2018.

Eric OTANDAULT worked as an intern the Paris Mid Caps team in January 2022 before joining the team as an analyst in July 2022.
Previously, Eric had experiences in investment banking at Bryan, Garnier & Co and at Pax Corporate Finance.
He is involved particularly with EUREKA EDUCATION, ASTORIA, SYNCHRONE and GLOBAL D.

Joseph began his career in transaction services at PwC in Munich.
Subsequently he held positions as assistant to the CFO at a German industrial company and in the Portfolio/Equity Participation management at a German bad bank.
Joseph joined the German office of Naxicap Partners in Frankfurt in May 2019 as Senior Associate.

Alexandre began his career in the banking sector in 1999 as an SME advisor.
He joined the Caisse d’Epargne Group in 2003, in which he carried out a variety of functions in the areas of sales and expertise, especially in relation to key accounts and structured finance.
Thanks to his corporate market background, he became in 2016 the Head of Investments at Loire-Centre Capital, a regional investment company in growth capital and LBO.
He joined Alliance Entreprendre, now Naxicap Partners, in March 2022, as an Investment Director.

Martin Pauty joined Naxicap in 2022 as part of the Data team.
He trained as an engineer specializing in Data Science and Corporate Finance. He then began his career in 2018 within the PwC FS Consulting team, supporting major finance players on automation and reporting topics.

Florentin joined Naxicap Partners in 2021 as Investment manager within the Mid Cap Investment team.
Prior to joining Naxicap Partners, Florentin spent 4.5 years at Strategy& in Paris (formerly Booz & Company), where he advised corporates and private equity firms on growth strategies, deal strategies and portfolio value creation.
He started his career at PwC in 2013 within the transaction services, valuation and restructuring department in Berlin.
He holds a MSc in Management and a MSc in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
Florentin is native French speaker and is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
Florentin is involved particularly with EVERAXIS, TEUFEL and WEEZEVENT.

Peter started his career at Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners in Germany followed by two years at a swiss based Alternatives Investment Management Company.
Between 2010 and 2015 he worked at JP Morgan Asset Management as Vice President covering large Corporates and Insurance Companies in Germany Austria and Switzerland as well as the Nordic Countries.
Afterwards he joined the Natixis Group as a Director leading the Sales Activities for Insurance Companies and Large Corporates for Investment Management Solutions.
He joined Naxicap Partners in 2018 as a Managing Director and is Heading the Global Sales and Client Management. Furthermore, he oversees the Naxicap Partners Office in Frankurt (Germany) and covers Origination Activities in the DACH region.

Mathieu joined Alliance Entreprendre in 2019, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022, to open the Lyon office. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions, before creating the HSBC business center in Picardy. After 6 years of experience at Siparex, he joined the Caisse d’Epargne group to launch BDR INVEST and create BDR IT, the group’s first innovation capital structure.
He accompanies in particular Mineris, Viatemis.

Arthur joined the midcap team as an Analyst where he is involved particularly in DIGISAP, ECS, MORIA et ADDEV. Before joining Naxicap, Arthur worked for two years at Eight Advisory in Lyon in Transaction Services and Restructuring.
He also had experience in private equity at Bpifrance and M&A at MBA Capital.

Stanislas began his career at Ernst & Young in the Asset Management Audit department. He then moved on to Natixis Inspection General, before joining Alliance Entreprendre in 2014, which became Naxicap Partners in 2022, as Secretary-General and Head of Compliance and Internal Control. He joined the Investor Relations team in 2022 as Director of Investor Relations.

Pierre completed an internship in Lyon Mid Cap team of Naxicap in March 2023. He joined the team as an analyst in January 2024.
Previously, Pierre completed internships in investment banking at Oddo BHF and in financial audit at Mazars.
He also gained initial experience in the Operations division of the start-up Hyperlex (now part of the Dilitrust group).
He is involved particularly with EUROGERM and TEUFEL.

Caroline Picabea began her career in 2001. In 2010, she joined Deloitte Accounting Services as a Manager and then Director where she was in charge of the Private Equity department.
She joined Naxicap Partners in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer ; she manages the production of the accounting and financial information of the various investment vehicles.

Emmanuelle Pierret joined Naxicap Partners in January 2002 as a Junior Associate and became an Investment Director in 2008.
She then joined the Investor Relations office of Naxicap Partners during 2015 as Investor Relations Director.
From 2016 to 2018, Emmanuelle was an Investment Director at Idinvest Partners for the Novi 2 fund and the Idinvest Growth fund II.
Emmanuelle joined the Mid-Caps team of Naxicap Partners in May 2018, as an Investment Director.
She is in charge of investments in ANYWR, CERES PHARMA, FRANCE HOSPITALITY INVESTMENT, LET’S GO FITNESS and DEFTA.

Chloé joined Naxicap Partners in February 2024 as a Marketing Analyst within the Sales & Marketing team.
Previously, Chloé did a two-years apprenticeship in the Marketing & Digital team at Edmond de Rothschild Assurances et Conseils (France), the wealth management structure of the group Edmond de Rothschild.

Sebastian joined Naxicap Partners’ by end 2024 as an Institutional Sales Associate, to support and develop the Fundraising activity.
Sebastian started his career at CAPZA, a private equity and private debt investment firm, where he was Product Manager for three and a half years. He oversaw the RFPs, project management of new products and support in the fundraising process.
Before that, he was an intern at Amundi Asset Management, where he worked as a Fixed Income Investment Specialist.

After 6 years in Corporate Finance in the CIC group, Sophie joined AtriA Capital Partenaires, specialized in medium-sized and fast-growing LBOs, when it was founded in 2000. For 11 years, she carried out more than a dozen majority operations with industrial and service companies. In 2011, she joined Industries and Finance as Director of Investments then Partner and carried out some twenty sectoral consolidation operations that led to the creation of five medium-sized enterprises including Claire-Sainte-Lizaigne (Water) and Cyllene (IT Infrastructure).
In 2020, Sophie, along with Edouard Thomazeau, acquired the Management Company Industries & Finances and created Bee Up Capital, which they co-managed and which joined Naxicap Partners two years later.
In 2022, she became Co-Head of Naxicap Small Caps. Sophie is also Vice-President of France Invest, the association that brings together 400 French management companies in Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt.

Sabrina joined Naxicap Partners as an Assistant in April 2022, where she served as a member of the Small Caps business.
Previously, she worked for about twenty years as an Assistant at Alliance Entreprendre in Paris.

Hubert QUACH began his career in 2011 in Fusions & Acquisitions at Rothschild & Cie in Paris, in the Global Financial Advisory department.
Previously, he completed two internships in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Messier Maris Associés in Paris, and another as Sales Assistant at BNP Paribas in Hong Kong.
He joined the Mid-Caps team of NAXICAP Partners in March 2015, as Senior Associate.
He is involved particulary with STELLIANT, SUSHI SHOP, HELLO SYNDIC, MONSENIOR and O2FEEL.

Simon RICQUE joined NAXICAP Partners Paris in January 2014 after several expericences in M&A with Natixis Partners and in Private Equity in the co-investment team of AXA Private Equity (Ardian) and with Hera Capital Partners in Singapore.
He is involved particulary with ONDURA, EUREKA EDUCATION, WAT, IPELEC, APIXIT and PICTURE ASSET MANAGEMENT.

Thomas started his career in 2012 at Société Générale in a Companies Business Center. He started in an Accounting, Management Control department and then became Corporate Relationship Support in the Middle Office where he was able to see Private Equity through the management of closings.
He joined Naxicap Partners in 2023 as a back officer.

Clémence Rousselet joined Naxicap Partners in 2013 as an Analyst and then Senior Associate until 2019 where she was involved particularly with I@D, Technicis, Altares and Emera.
Between 2020 and the end of 2021, she joined Bpifrance Creative and Cultural Industries fund as Investment Manager where she followed investments in Nacon, Paradiso, Buffet Crampon and Brut.
In 2022, she had the opportunity to lead Ubisoft’s startup program.
She returned to Naxicap Partners in 2023 as Investment Manager in the Small Cap teams. She is involved particularly with Solutys.

He joined NAXICAP Partners Paris in April 1999 as an Junior Associate, and became Investment Director in July 2008.
He is involved particulary with ATHOME, ALTARES, I@D, IPELEC, TECHNICIS, EMERA and EUREKA EDUCTION.

Valérie SAMMUT joined Naxicap Partners in January 1999 after several experiences, notably in the fields of human resources, finance and the environment.
She is in charge of communication and events at Naxicap.

In July 2001, he joined the team of NAXICAP Partners Toulouse.
He is involved particulary with CONSORT NT, CHENE VERT and SEVERINI PIERRES ET LOISIRS.

Bernadette started her career in the hospitality industry in 1999 where she worked for Marriott International in the Front Office for several years. In 2012, she took on a position at Globus Immobilien in Vienna as Executive Assistant where she worked until 2017.
Bernadette joined the German branch of Naxicap Partners in Frankfurt as Office Manager in 2019.

Nicolas SEBILLE worked as an intern with NAXICAP Partners in Paris in June 2007 before joining NAXICAP Venture early in 2010, as Associate.
He is involved particulary with ASTORIA, EMERA, I@D, ALTARES and DENTAL MONITORING.

Antoine SEDRAN joined Naxicap Partners as an Analyst in 2019 after a first experience as an intern with the Western regional division.
Previously, he worked at BNP Paribas Developpement as a Private Equity Analyst for acquisitions of minority stakes under €15m.
Antoine is involved particulary with IPC and QUARTUS.

Virginie joined Apax Partners as Middle Officer in charge of the assets of the Funds.
She joined Bpifrance Investissement in 2013 as Financial Controller and from 2016 as Back and Middle Office team Manager.
Virginie joined the Investor Relations team of Naxicap in 2022.

Former supply chain and purchasing director of the SAUR Group, former purchasing director of the IMERYS Group, Yohann began his career in the automotive sector (VALEO) in project and production before moving to the Purchasing and Logistics department at ALSTOM and then in the VEOLIA group.
He co-founded two startups in the field of art and data (ebibliophilia and private lot) and led transformation missions in SMEs and midcaps.
His other areas of expertise are Sourcing, Quality, Production Management, Power Contract Management and B2B business relationships.
He joined Naxicap Partners in early 2023 as Sourcing & Supply Chain Operation Expert. He supports companies on their purchasing, sourcing and supply chain policies.

Cyrille SEYDOUX gained his first experience with the General Inspectorate of Groupe Banques Populaires, first as Inspector, then Project Manager.
In 2000, he joined the Structured Finance department of NATIXIS as junior Associate, where he structured and participated in financing LBO and asquisition transactions.
In 2005, he joined NI Partners as Investment Director then Director, where his investments included companies in the personal services, BtoB, textile and automotive industries.
He joined NAXICAP Partners in 2011.
He is involved particularly with TEXA, SOFTWAY MEDICAL and NEWREST.

Clémentine SIBILIA worked as an intern in the Paris Mid Caps team in July 2022 before joining the team as an analyst in January 2023.
Previously, Clémentine had experiences in Financial Audit at EY and in Private Equity at Equistone.
She is involved particularly with PARFUM DIRECT, SYNCHRONE and HELLO SYNDIC.

Laurent began his career in Audit and Public Accounting in 1996. Then he worked for the Caisse Nationale du Crédit Agricole and then the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
He joined Naxicap Partners in 2003 to take over accounting, taxation and consolidation of the management company.

Zeineb SLIMANE started her career in 2011 at Citigroup in London, within the Mergers & Acquisitions team specialized in Diversified Industrials. In 2014, she joined Barclays’ M&A and Corporate Finance team in Paris. During the investment banking years, Zeineb worked on numerous transactions in sectors as diverse as infrastructure, real estate and healthcare. Prior to that, she had done internships in Equity Capital Markets at Crédit Agricole in Paris and in the Finance Department of JC Decaux North America in New York City.
Zeineb joined the Mid-Cap team of NAXICAP Partners in 2016, as Senior Associate.
She is particularly involved with LET’S GO FITNESS, FRANCE HOSPITALIY INVESTMENT, GROUPE GUEMAS and ADCASH.

Mercedes began her career in 1992 as an assistant in Private Equity (Sopromec/ Worms Bank) and in 2005 she joined Naxicap Partners.

Malik TEKOUK started his career in 2012 as a Securitization Analyst at CACIB in the Financials Insurance and Operating Assets teams.
After working at Hilbert Investment Solutions, he joined CNP ASSURANCES as Risk Analyst in 2014.
Finally, he joined Naxicap in the Back Office team in 2016 and then the Middle Office team in 2019.

Joanna TIRBAKH started her career in 2011 as ESG analyst at EthiFinance (a CSR rating agency), and later on she joined INDEFI, a strategy consulting firm, as ESG consultant.
Over the years, Joanna provided guidance to many Private Equity firms to define their ESG strategy, assess target companies’ and portfolios’ ESG risks and opportunities, as well as report on ESG performance to LPs.
Joanna joined Naxicap Partners in September 2021 as ESG Director.

Marie started its career at INDEFI as a strategy and sustainability consultant within the Sustainable finance team (Paris). During this experience, she worked with several Private equity firms on their responsible investment strategy (responsible investment strategy definition, sustainability and impact due-diligences and reviews, ESG reporting).
Previously, she has completed two internships: one as an ESG reporting consultant (Sirsa-Reporting21) and one as an analyst within HSBC Sustainability Team.
She joined Naxicap in May 2023, as an ESG Analyst and is responsible for supporting portfolio companies and investment teams in the management of their main environmental and/or social issues.

Nicolas joined Naxicap Partners as an Analyst in 2021.
Previously, Nicolas worked in Private Equity at IK Investment Partners and in Mergers & Acquisitions at Natixis Partners.
Nicolas is involved in CERES PHARMA, LET’S GO FITNESS, FRANCE HOSPITALITY INVESTMENT and EQUIVALENZA.

Malte joined the German branch of Naxicap Partners in Frankfurt as an Analyst in 2023.
Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group in Frankfurt advising corporate and private equity clients on mergers & acquisitions. He started his career as a Private Debt Analyst at ODDO BHF, where he worked on the financing of several mid-market buyout transactions in the DACH region. During his studies, he completed internships in Financial Services at EY, Alternative Investments at HSBC, Investment Banking at Berenberg and Private Equity at Avedon Capital Partners.
Malte holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance.

After several successful internships in major law firms, Felix started his career in the Corporate and M&A Team at the law firm Watson Farley and Williams in Frankfurt. In November 2020, he joined the German branch of Naxicap Partners in Frankfurt and started his career in Private Equity. Felix has been working as an Analyst at Naxicap Partners since July 2021.
Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in financial management and accounting and the German first state exam in law.
He is particularly involved with STROMER.

Ahmed Zarban joined Naxicap Partners in March 2016 as Back Office Manager.
He started his career with the Caisse d’Epargne and HSBC Private Bank and then joined Natixis for 7 years where he worked at the Structured Finance back office of the BGC.
Throughout these different experiences Ahmed has developed organizational qualities and expertise in support functions.
