The integration of ESG for Naxicap and its portfolio companies is supported by a dedicated ESG team composed of 5 members with diverse profiles and skills:

  • An Associate Director who has been highly involved in developing a different approach of investment management through ESG and is responsible for ESG issues at the Board level
  • An Investor Relations Director with 25 years of experience within investment management, and who has been involved in Naxicap’s ESG approach since 2014
  • An operational team composed of 4 dedicated members:
    • One ESG Director, with more than 10 years of experience in ESG as an ESG analyst and then an ESG consultant,
    • One ESG Project Manager, with 17 years of experience in the Private Equity sector,
    • One ESG Analyst, with nearly 4 years of experience in ESG as a financial analyst, then as en ESG consultant,
    • One ESG Analyst, with previous experience in the CSR department of an insurance company.
