Analyst
ESG integration for Naxicap and its portfolio companies is supported by a dedicated ESG team comprising six members with diverse profiles and skills:
- A Managing Director, who is responsible for ESG issues at Management Board level and is involved in developing Naxicap’s responsible investment approach.
- An Investor Relations Director with over 25 years’ experience in investment and investor relations, who has been involved in Naxicap’s ESG approach since 2014.
- An operational team comprising 4 dedicated members:
- an ESG Director, with over 13 years’ experience in ESG, starting as analyst, consultant and then manager,
- a Project Manager, having worked for 17 years in Private Equity (Small Caps),
- an ESG Analyst, with more than 7 years’ experience in ESG as analyst and as consultant,
- an ESG analyst, with more than 3 years’ experience in ESG as strategy consultant.
